EchoPhotography > Alycia White grew up with two passions...Horses and the arts. She found every opportunity she could to get on the bare back of a horse and run through an open field at dangerous speeds. She never passed up a chance to sing on a stage or act in a play. As a child she would tip toe into her mother's room and find that beautiful camera, and when no one was looking, snap every exposure on the role of film.

When Alycia was 17, she packed her things and moved to the majestic Adirondack Mountains in up-state New York for Bible college. During this time she worked at a ranch, helping to train and care for horses, leading trail rides and teaching classes in the freezing cold of winter and the unbearable heat of summer. Every day she was learning the meaning of an "honest days work". This was the foundation of her work ethic that would lead her to be the business woman she is to this day.

She now lives in beautiful Central Oregon with her husband, Stewart, who is a talented musician and the worship leader for their church. They enjoy serving together in many areas of life.

Over the years, her love for photography has grown and matured into a deep passion for capturing a moment in time and the ability to make it last forever. She takes a contemporary, journalistic approach to portrait photography. Her style is spontaneous, capturing the moments of the day in artistic compositions. While she enjoys various realms of photography, she considers it an honor to be entrusted to capture your once in a lifetime memories. It is very important to her to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible. She creates a relaxed and enjoyable setting for every photo shoot. It has been her goal to provide a service that is full of honesty and integrity and she intends to do so for the next two-thousand years of business....and yes...she will live that long if only to photograph your treasured moments!
